<p>A system for transmitting an analog video signal including command information through an analog line between a master device and a slave device during a vertical retrace line interval (VBI), wherein information (bit 1 to bit 20) having a word structure (word 0 to word 2 + CRCC) of a predetermined number of bits (variable number of bits from 5 bits to 80 bits) is included in the analog video signal at timings of predetermined clocks (fsc / 32 to fsc / 2) during a predetermined period (49.1 us) of a predetermined line (line number 10) of the VBI. Thus, information having any types of contents/lengths variable depending on the device connected is transmitted during a vertical retrace line interval (VBI) between devices interconnected through an analog video signal line.</p> |
