<p>A method is provided for extracting and processing sugar cane juice from sugar cane sticks to produce a stable natural juice product. The method includes the steps of: providing sugar cane sticks having a high sucrose level; extracting sugar cane juice from the sugar cane sticks using a roller mill apparatus; filtering, and optionally treating the neutral cane sugar juice with one or more flocculates, to obtain a purified sugar cane juice product having a purity of 99.1 to 99.9 %; and pasteurizing the purified sugar cane juice. The sugar cane juice is optionally concentrated to reduce its weight and volume.</p> |
