Installation to create ceramic products

The installation is built up of technology packets (TP1-TP4), each has the same hard and software components. Packets are subdivided vertically (a,b,c,d) into master (a) for installation projection and servicing, in-situ servicing (c), control and regulation (d)and area for external control (d). Each technology packet has a programmable control (4, 14,23,33) connected directly or via bus (7)with sensors, actuators (9, 19) and drives (8,18) for the technology packet (TP1), kiln and (TP2) machine system. Drier (TP3) and cart tracing (TP4) have connection (25,35) for peripheral units. Each packet has personal computer (1,11,21,31) as server and packets (TP1,TP2) have client computer (2,12). Bus (10) or LAN connects the packets with each other. A central control unit (40) is connected to the bus (10), a remote control (42) connected over ISND connection (43) and lines (44,45) with server computer of selected technological packets and management of product data. Production planning and energy management unit (41) is connected to databus (10) and bus (7) and has direct access to data of programmable control units (4,14,23,33).
