The device determines the wt. of the loaded goods from the instantaneous gas pressure in the gas springs of the transport vehicle (1,2), evaluates the gas pressure and displays the result. The device contains a computer for evaluating the detected (4) gas pressure that can utilise entered vehicle-specific data to generate a calibration curve for a wt.-pressure relationship.
