A system for managing a plurality of user accounts on Internet sites by using an integrated circuit (IC) card, includes: an input unit for inputing data; an IC card for storing a user information and a transaction information, wherein the user information includes a personal information, a user identification information and a financial accounts information; a client computer for executing an Internet connection software program and a driving software program to perform an Internet connection and process information, wherein the software driving program includes an inquiring program for inquiring information stored in the IC card and a writing program for writing information to the IC card; a connection line for connecting the client computer with the IC card; and a display unit for displaying results of processed information.
