<p>A system and method for re-distributing electronic mail sent to agroup email address such as the email address of an organization or business. The system receives group email (100), scans the received message (102) for keywords identifying the topic of the message, searches the database for employees with expertise on the message topic (110), selects an employee to receive the message (112) based on workload (114), redirects the message to the selected employee (116), logs receipt and redirection of the message in the database (118), and logs the response to the message in the database (120).</p> |
