The present invention relates to a distribution package for foodstuff, where a product (1) is enclosed into a transparent vacuum package. Around said vacuum package (2) is arranged a suspending casing (5) made of cardboard, said casing having a presentation window (9) for displaying said product (1). The present invention also relates to a method for presenting foodstuff for distribution. First a suspending casing (5) is arranged to remain separate from said vacuum package (2), a presentation window (9) for displaying the product (1) being arranged at the outer surface (19) thereof. The vacuum package (2) is then inserted into the suspending casing (5) so that the product (1) inside the vacuum package (5) is displayed through the diaplaying window (9). |
