PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreaking net apparatus to protect agricultural product, etc. from strong wind with a net and a soundproofing apparatus to decrease the noise by using a soundproofing panel wherein the windbreaking net and the soundproofing panel are resistant to breakage with strong wind. SOLUTION: This apparatus for protecting a protection object 3 from strong wind is provided with an inside net 2 vertically placed at the side of the protection object 3 and an outside net 1 vertically placed at the outer side interposing a gap from the inside net 2. The outside net 1 is shifted upward relative to the inside net 2. The nets are replaced with panels in the case of a soundproofing apparatus. |
