PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a deodorant for food stuffs, such as meats and fishes by using flavoring components extracted from Pimpinella brachycarpa NAKAI., under reduced pressure. CONSTITUTION: The deodorant is manufactured by: (a) selecting, washing, cutting and drying Pimpinella brachycarpa NAKAI., in the shade; or (b) adding diethylether to Pimpinella brachycarpa NAKAI., and extracting it by steam distillation; dehydrating and filtering diethylether layer with anhydrous Na2SO4; then concentrating the filtrate to obtain the extract of Pimpinella brachycarpa NAKAI. |
