A disaster prediction atlas is provided to allow a user to check total disaster information at a look by marking information about vestiges of disasters and disaster prevention repair facilities on a disaster vestige and facility map at a time and projecting a disaster prediction map through the disaster vestige and facility map. In a disaster information map(230) of a disaster prediction atlas, a disaster vestige and facility map(240) provides the past disaster vestiges and disaster prevention repair facilities marked on a satellite picture of each second division unit. A disaster prediction map(250) is overlapped on the front surface of the disaster vestige and facility map. Disaster prediction information and shelter paths of the disaster region of each second division unit are marked on a transparent film sheet to project the disaster vestige and facility map. A disaster correction display map(260) is composed of several transparent film sheets and overlapped on the front surface of the disaster prediction map to project the disaster vestige and facility map and the disaster prediction map. The following years are marked on each transparent film sheet in order. The new disaster vestiges, disaster prevention repair facilities, or changed disaster information of the following year is corrected and marked according to each year.
