PURPOSE: A slot structure for transmitting packet data in a mobile communication system is provided to increase a transmission efficiency by assigning or reserving the slot to be previously used after each subscriber performs a random access according to the characteristic and quantity of transmission data. CONSTITUTION: A competition region(10) for determining priority of data transmission, a reservation region(20) for registering the reservation of data communication, and an assignment region(30) for assigning a memory region according to the quantity of data are regularly arranged in a regular TDD(Time Division Duplex) interval(TDD1). The competition region(40), the reservation region(50), and the assignment region(60) are arranged in a dynamic TDD interval(TDD2) so that the arrangement of a forward slot or a reverse slot is varied.
