PURPOSE:To improve an operability at the time of selecting plural picture processing modes by recovering the initialized picture processing mode, when a picture inputting means is changed. CONSTITUTION:The picture processing mode is constituted of three modes, that is, a coexisting mode, photographic mode, and through mode. They are respectively executed by the combination of a black character processing with an edge emphasizing/smoothing processing. Then, when an outside inputting equipment is selected by the setting from an operating part 21, a CPU 20 sets the processing modes of both an edge emphasizing/smoothing processing part 11 and a black character processing part 14 to be optimal. |
