PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk capable of easily forming and reproducing bar codes when pirated edition preventive position information is made into bar code and recorded in a specific area of the disk. SOLUTION: Marks 923a, 923b, 924a and 924b are formed on an optical disk in stripe shapes, that are long in a radial direction, in a specific ring shape area that is not used for recording main information. Auxiliary information data are PE and RZ modulated and recorded. The area, where bar code shaped mark is not recorded, exists in a constant angle area of a second recording area. The disk has a guard band area, where at least addresses are recorded, between a control data area and a second recording area. |
