PURPOSE: An antenna attachment apparatus for motor vehicle is provided to reduce assembly procedures and time for attaching antenna to the motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An antenna attachment apparatus comprises an attachment unit(100) arranged at an outer panel of a vehicle body; and an antenna(200). The attachment unit has at least one recess formed at an inner periphery of a fixing groove(110), a stopper groove(130) formed at the inner periphery of the fixing groove in such a manner that the stopper groove has a different inner diameter, and an elastic member(120) arranged at the bottom surface of the fixing groove. The antenna has at least one stopper protrusion(210) formed at the outer periphery of the lower end of the antenna in such a manner that the stopper protrusion corresponds to the recess of the attachment unit, and an insertion groove(220) for accommodating the elastic member.
