Cooled electric disk motor

The motor has a rotor disc (1) and an axially opposing stator (2) with an iron core(s) (5) wound with copper or other conduc (6), of which at least the stator is enclosed by a housing (12,13) both on the bearing plate side and on the lateral surface sid parallel to the motor rotation axis. The housing has an integral fluid cooling circuit. The core(s) is wound only on its axis-parallel sides with conductors adjacent to the cooling circuit, whereas at least one of the sides of the core without conductors is next to and/or directly opposite the section(s) of the cooling circuit in the ends (9) of the housing. An Independent claim is also included for inner and outer housing parts for the motor in a pot shape.
