The present invention relates to a new method of applying powder resin combined with a liquid catalyst (to speed curing of powder in pres) or wax emulsion on strands of wood that are used to manufacture OSB (oriented strand board). Th e application of the powder resin and catalyst or wax emulsion take place in rotating blender , in situe.
