<p>The apparatus has a frame (1) with a bench (3) for the user and a pressure element (7,10), which has to be lifted against a resistance unit (8) with hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder. The pressure element is moveable mainly at right angles to the bench and is height-adjustable. It is fastened to a moveable holder (6,9) on the side of the bench in approximately its center, so that it can be positioned on the hips of a user (E) lying on the bench. Movement of the pressure element in direction of the bench is limited by stops, so that a minimum distance between pressure element and bench is maintained.</p> |
