A mobile communication terminal, an operation method thereof, and a mobile communication system using the method are provided to transmit a modified MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) message for an already-transmitted reserved MMS message, so that the transmitted reserved MMS message is changed into the modified MMS message, thus the modified message can be transmitted to a receiving terminal. A communication unit(20) transceives an MMS message between mobile communication networks. A controller(10) confirms a processing state of a transmitted reserved MMS message through the communication unit, and sends a modified MMS message to control so that the transmitted reserved MMS message is changed into the modified MMS message. The controller generates a message which confirms the processing state of the transmitted reserved MMS message to send the generated message. A memory(30) stores setup data for the operation of a mobile communication terminal, the data of the mobile communication terminal and an MMS message transceived through a mobile communication network.
