PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen magnetic coupling between a pair of coils by making a pair of vortical coils of equal width and equal winding number consisting of conductor face each other, with a nonmagnetic material layer between except an input/output part, sandwiching a pair of vortex coils between first and second magnetic material layers, and providing a united main body with an external terminal. SOLUTION: A pair of vortical coils 16 and 18 of equal width and equal winding number, consisting of conductor are made to face each other in parallel with nonmagnetic material layers 12-14 in between, excepting an input/output part, and these of a pair of vortical coils 16 and 18 are sandwiched between a first magnetic material layer 11 and a second magnetic material layer 15. Then, by providing external terminals 21-24 to a main body into which those are united, a common mode choke coil is manufactured. In the common mode choke coil, a pair of vortical coils 16 and 18 are formed with a photolithographic technique by using a photosensitive paste. Thereby, in a pair of vortex coils 16 and 18, the line width can be made 100μm or smaller, and the thickness is made 20μm or larger with a common difference of severalμm.
