<p>A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency because plural nano scale grooves perpendicular to a surface are formed uniformly. A method for manufacturing a solar cell includes the steps of: (a) laminating a surface modified layer onto a quartz substrate(110) to form a neutral brush(130) by using a random copolymer(120) of polystyrene and polymethyl methacrylate; (b) performing phase separation by laminating a block copolymer layer(140) of polystyrene and polymethyl methacrylate onto the upper surface of the neutral brush and then to anneal the block copolymer layer; (c) forming a nano-template with a nano pattern by removing an area of the polymethyl methacrylate of the phase separated block copolymer layer; (d) attaching a light emitting surface of a solar cell(150) and the bottom surface of the quartz substrate in which the nano-template is formed; (e) etching the quartz substrate by using the nano-template; and (f) etching the light emitting surface of the solar cell by using the quartz substrate.</p> |
