PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate deterioration due to atmosphere by j multilevel encoding/decoding systems using the same encoder/decoder at each level. SOLUTION: Through the entire process, the same encoder and decoder are used, otherwise a plurality of the same encoders and decoders are used. By mapping a non-overlapped area into an X-dimensional space by using the technique of a 2j symbol generator, different data bits are removed from a decoding system to maximize the number of independent data sub-streams which can be maintained. |
