PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit and remove a seal preparation mechanism having auxiliary tools such as a shutter plate and an ironing plate by the one-touch operation, avoid the uneven load and smoothly move forward and backward, stabilize the forward and backward movement of a holding tool and improve the durability of the holding tool. SOLUTION: A lateral sealing mechanism 51A is provided with a shutter plate mechanism 55 with a shutter plate 55A and a shutter plate fitting and removing mechanism 77 setting and removing the shutter plate mechanism 55, and the shutter plate fitting and removing mechanism 77 is provided with a connecting and engaging plate 79a, a base plate 66 with a holding channel 66a, a locking mechanism 80 and an unlocking mechanism 87. Thus, the connecting and engaging plate 51A can be locked in the engaging state by the locking mechanism 80 by only engaging the connecting and engaging plate 79a with the holding channel 66a of a base plate 66 of the shutter plate mechanism 55. The engagement of the connecting and engaging plate 79a can be simply released by the unlocking mechanism 87, and the shutter plate mechanism 55 with the shutter plate 55A can be fitted or removed by the one-touch operation. |
