PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance by a simple treating method by wrapping the end surfaces of a cylindrical product with a packaging sheet body having excessive sections, which are set in advance, and fixing the peripheries of a hollow core by heat-welding. SOLUTION: A cylindrical product A is a cylindrical body having a hollow core D, for which a sheet B is taken up on a paper tube C. On the end surfaces, excessive sections Sa of a packaging sheet body S are drawn into the hollow core D. The cylindrical product A is carried to a specified location by a carrying device, and a heater 80 is lowered through a cylinder 88. When a control electromagnetic valve is set in such a manner that high pressure air can be carried in from an exit 86a, and the air can be discharged from an exit 86b, the heater 80 moves toward the hollow core D of the cylindrical product A through a piston 84a. Then, a stop body 85a is brought into contact with an attaching body 87 and stopped, and the heater 80 is brought into contact with the excessive section Sa of the packaging sheet body S, and the packaging sheet body S is heat-welded. By this constitution, the device cost is reduced, and appearance can be improved. |
