PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn a vehicle in a stably supporting manner without reinforcing a pallet when the dimension of a turntable can not be ensured sufficiently. SOLUTION: Two sets of pallet receiving members 47 with each set formed of two members which support a shorter side of a pallet P from the lower side are provided on a turntable 45 in an advancing/retractable manner in the horizontal direction along the shorter side of the pallet P to be supported. The pallet receiving members 47 of each set are retracted inward of a tire ride-in place of the pallet P in a non-turnable mode by an advancing/retracting device, and advanced to the tire ride-in place of the pallet P in a turnable mode.
