PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerating furnace, capable of promoting decomposition of harmful components of dioxins or the like by enhancing combustion efficients of a primary combustion chamber and a secondary combustion chamber. SOLUTION: A primary combustion chamber 21 communicates with a secondary combustion chamber 32 by exhaust ducts 31, 34, and the chamber 32 communicates with the chamber 21 through a bypass pipeline 36. A part of a high-temperature exhaust gas in the chamber 32 is circulated to the chamber 21 through the pipeline 36 to enhance a temperature in the primary chamber. The exhaust gas in the chamber 21 heated by the high-temperature exhaust gas is guided again to the chamber 32, the temperature of the chamber 32 is further raised to a higher temperature, as compared with a structure having no pipeline 36, and harmful components such as dioxins or the like are decomposed efficiently in the chamber 32.
