A screw conveying blade welding coating apparatus is provided to reduce a welding coating part to be disused by performing the welding process such that a welding coating does not cross the side direction of conveying blades, and improve productivity and lower the manufacturing costs by manufacturing a finished product through a machining process. A screw conveying blade welding coating apparatus comprises: a bed(100) having guide rails(110) and a lead screw(130) formed parallel to each other on a top face thereof; a headstock(200) including a chuck(210) disposed on one side of the bed to rotate the screw by clamping one end of a screw(10); a vibration preventing device(250) slidingly mounted on the guide rails to rotatably support the other end of the screw; a carriage(290) slidingly mounted on the guide rails and reciprocated from side to side by the lead screw; and a welding torch(300) installed on the carriage in the screw direction and automatically reciprocated from side to side by a torch reciprocating unit(400), wherein the screw conveying blade welding coating apparatus further comprises a position adjusting unit(500) installed between the carriage and the torch reciprocating unit to adjust positions of the torch reciprocating unit.
