PURPOSE: A rear cross member of a vehicle is provided to simplify constitution to reduce the work process and the cost of production. CONSTITUTION: A rear cross member(1) of a vehicle is composed of a flat plate unit(8) installed to the lower surface of a body along in the direction of width of the body and bent towards upper part fix both sides to the body, and lateral link support unit(5), formed on the top of the flat plate unit in the direction of longitude as one body with protuberant shape, having holes for coupling, connecting the lateral link of a suspension, formed parallel to the direction of longitude of the body. The flat plate unit and the lateral link support unit are formed in a body and through holes(7) for coupling are formed to the lateral link support unit and therefore the constitution is very simple.
