PURPOSE: A device for opening a trunk lid in a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of a head by preventing the trunk lid from suddenly closing. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening a trunk lid of a vehicle comprises a trunk lid hinge arm(2) rotationally connected to a trunk lid; a bracket rotationally supporting the trunk hinge arm; a link rotationally connected to the trunk hinge arm; a torsion bar connected to the other end of the link; a hinge(6) rotationally connecting the trunk lid hinge arm to the bracket; head units(11,21) formed between plates of the trunk lid hinge arm and plates of the bracket; plural pins(10,20) inserting pin units(12,22) into the trunk lid hinge arm; a spring(30) attaching the pins on the plates of the bracket; a receiving groove(13) formed on an end portion of the left pin; and a protrusion unit(23) inserted to the receiving groove.
