<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a part depending on manual handling, to reduce costs, and to improve work efficiency by breaking down rubber by exposing an object to ozone gas and discharging the rubber outside a container by a recovery apparatus. SOLUTION: An object 4 fitted with rubber is mounted on a screen 2c in a container 2, a high concentration ozone gas is injected from an ozone supply apparatus 1 into the container 2. The rubber adhering to the object 4 is broken down by the ozone gas, peeled off, dropped, and stored in a recovered rubber receiving tray 2d. When the tray 2d is filled with the recovered rubber appropriately, the tray 2d is removed from an opening 2b for the recovered rubber. The ozone gas in the container 2 is decomposed by a waste ozone decomposition apparatus 5 to be discharged into the air.</p> |
