PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a sound-insulation evaluation for a building by a computer which can accurately and easily examine sound-insulation effect in a walk-through by CG images. SOLUTION: When respective parts of the building are displayed as moving pictures or still pictures by using CG images Q generated by using the computer, the isolation body of a desirable structure can be selected by switching and displaying different kinds of structures of isolation bodies of the building consisting of a wall 30 or floor by the CG images and the noise level inside the isolation body when specific noise is generated outside the isolation body of the desirable structure is obtained and reported by the computer to evaluate the sound insulation of the building.
