PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fixing parts for electrophotography such as a fixing roll and a fixing belt having enhanced releasing performance to toner and capable of improving and ensuring suitability to high image quality, mechanical strength, durability and surface adhesion, and to provide a fixing device with the fixing parts. SOLUTION: At least the surface layer of each of the fixing parts for electrophotography comprises a vulcanized body of a rubber composition containing 3-50 pts.wt. fine particles of a low molecular weight tetrafluoroethylene resin based on 100 pts.wt. fluororubber. The endless belt for electrophotography comprises a vulcanized body of a rubber composition prepared by uniformly blending fluororubber with fine fluororesin particles. The fixing device for electrophotography has the fixing parts or the endless belt.
