PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated pressure sensitive sensor which is constituted in such a way that the cost of the sensor can be reduced. SOLUTION: In a pressure sensitive sensor, a lower film 23 and an upper film 25 are laminated upon another and a wiring section 22 and a plurality of pressure sensitive sections 21 are formed in planar shapes. The lower film 23 is formed in the size corresponding to the wiring section 21 and pressure sensitive sections 21 and the upper film 25 is formed in the size corresponding to one pressure sensitive section. Consequently, the size of the upper film 25 can be reduced to a required shape portion only. Since the whole sensor is not constituted in a laminated structure, but only part of the sensor is constituted in a laminated structure, the material cost and, accordingly, the manufacturing cost of the sensor can be reduced.
