PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously rotate rotors by utilizing potential energy, etc., by constituting a rotary driving device combining a required number of rotors so as to take out force except shaft centers of the rotors. SOLUTION: When force of an adjusting gear 13 is made as force of 2 directing in the lower direction, force applied to a right end of the adjusting gear 13 becomes force of 1 which is the half of force of 2. The force of 1 acts on a left end of a first gear 20 via a chain 19. As a result, because an engagement part R of a first ring gear 26 and a planetary gear 25 becomes the half in distance from an operating shaft 21, the force of 2 is applied to the R part in the same direction. The force of 1 applied to a left end of the adjusting gear 13 is transmitted to an engagement part S of a sun gear 24 and the planetary gear 25 via a chain 23. Force of 3 is applied in the lower direction to an engagement part P of a small gear part 29 and a second ring gear 30. The force of 3 is transmitted to a second gear 34 by an action of a balance, is added as force of 1.5 to the operating shaft 21 via interlocking gears 36, 37 and the operating shaft 21 is started to rotate by force of 0.5.
