PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the natural dropping of granules generated by the inflow of air from a opening without using a cap cover or a slide cover in a granule feeder for feeding granules passed through the inside of a granule feed line from the opening to a storage container. SOLUTION: Granules are passed through a granule feed line 27 and fed from a discharge outlet 29 on a discharge opening section 30 into a storage container 51 in a feeder. In this case, there is provided a passage control means for forming a granule cover and controlling the passage of the granules in the discharge opening section by passing the granules in the granule feed line 27, one side of which is connected directly or indirectly with a granule feed section while the other side is connected with the discharge opening section 30, and adjusting at least the density of a part of the granules in the discharge opening section 30.
