PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position information collection terminal that can easily generate a database of GPS position information in cross-reference with base station identification information. SOLUTION: In this position information collection terminal, a memory section 6 of a mobile communication terminal is provided with a CS-ID storage area 6a and a GPS position information storage area 6b, a base station identification information registration control section 5c registers a CS-ID noticed this time to a corresponding area of the CS-ID storage area 6a, e.g. when a prescribed function is operated, and a GPS position information registration control section 5c registers the CS-ID registered in the CS-ID storage area 6a and the GPS position information entered from a GPS reception section 8, in cross-reference with each other to a corresponding area of the GPS position information storage area 6b.
