PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device that can selectively update picture and makes firmware display a graphic screen having various pictures stored in a nonvolatile memory, by making a device of updating picture have a constitution in which data stored in a memory segment are displayed in a prescribed display section. SOLUTION: Each memory segment has an address in which the segment can be selectively address-specified. A circuit is capable of constituting a display template having plural display sections on a display and data stored in a memory segment are displayed in a prescribed display section. In other words, specific memory segments C1 to C3 are linked to specific display section in a display template 890. The memory segment C1 stores plural display sections because stored pictures are not objects for modification nor updating. The memory segments C2 and C3 store pictures related to a graphics section.
