摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an actual operating point in a solar battery quickly and stably reach the target reference operating point by changing a current command value corresponding to a difference between the target reference operating point and the actual operating point in the solar battery. SOLUTION: When the difference is generated between a target reference operating voltage and the voltage actually outputted from the solar battery 10, a maximum power control circuit 23 increases/decreases the current command value proportionally to the difference. For instance, the current command value is largely increased in the case that the voltage actually outputted from the solar battery 10 largely exceeds the target reference operating voltage and the current command value is slightly increased in the case that the voltage actually outputted from the solar battery 10 slightly exceeds the target reference operating voltage. The current command value is largely reduced in the case that the voltage actually outputted from the solar battery 10 largely falls below the target reference operating voltage and the current command value is slightly reduced in the case that the voltage actually outputted from the solar battery 10 slightly falls below the target reference operating voltage.
