SOLUTION: Sale article information obtained from the central server 10 is provided for the user terminal 14 of a purchaser connected to an area server 12 by a communication line 3 through the area server 12 by the communication line 1. Purchaser information obtained from the purchaser through the communication line 3 is totalized by the area server 12 and the obtained user totalization information is transmitted to the central server 10 by the communication line 1. When an article is actually purchased, the area server 12 orders the article from an article handler and pays the purchase money to a financial institution through the communication line 1 not through the central server 10. Detailed information on the purchaser is transmitted to the central server 10 as a batch processing in a small-load time band.</p> |
