<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a format correcting method for an electronic data exchange system and a data converting method for data conversion again using a corrected format. SOLUTION: Under the control of a data input control part 1510, the respective items of a format are taken out of an input format 1503 firstly, a data segmentation part 1512 segment input data 1504 corresponding to the items, verifies the styles and values and informs the control part of an error in such a case and an intermediate information generation part 1513 generates intermediate information 1517 and when there is no error, all intermediate information is outputted to a data mapping part 1518. If an error occurs, all the intermediate information is stored in a file 1509, the format is corrected, and a flag indicating that a correction is made is set to the corrected item; and intermediate information is formed of the corrected format, old intermediate information, and input data, but corresponding intermediate information is reused for intermediate data of items where no flag is set and intermediate data is newly generated for the flat-set item by segmenting the input data.</p> |
