<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality by forming a transparent electrode by applying the laser beam from a laser oscillator to a thin film for transparent electrode formed on a back surface of a front substrate by a predetermined method, and moving the front board to successively eliminate a thin film part for transparent electrode to continuously form a long groove with exposed front substrate, having an insulating resistance value of above a predetermined value. SOLUTION: An insulating resistance value of a long groove is above 10 MΩ. The laser beam 64 from a laser oscillator 62 is applied to a thin film for transparent electrode formed on a back of a front substrate through an optical system by a predetermined method to form a transparent electrode substrate 46. The transparent electrode substrate 46 is moved in the X-direction by a laser beam machine 50, and the thin film for transparent electrode is successively eliminated to continuously form a long groove with exposed front substrate in the X-direction. Then the irradiation position of the laser beam 64 is successively moved from the formed long groove to a place separated by a predetermined distance in the Y-direction to form a plurality of long grooves in parallel with each other on the thin film for transparent electrode, and a transparent electrode is formed between the long grooves adjacent to each other.</p> |
