PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary washer that can commonly use a brush base and easily fix a sponge. SOLUTION: The brush base 8 can be rotated by turning a water turbine driven with water pressure, and has a connecting part 8a in which a rotary shaft fits at the center. Formed on the periphery of the connecting part 8a are a plurality of water through holes 8b and 8c, and further in the outside is a brush planter 8d to which bristles of a brush are planted, where a sponge 9 is fixed to the brush base 8 by means of fixtures 10 with paws engaged in the water holes 8c.
