PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a sensor main body and to maintain directivity by forming a supporting part in the shape of a through hole in a mounting member and fitting and mounting the sensor main body to the supporting part via a holder. SOLUTION: A corner sensor 1 is constituted of a sensor main body 3, a holder 4 to hold the sensor main body 3, and a mounting member 5 for mounting the holder 4 to a bumper. The mounting member 5 is a long object made of a gum elastic material with flexibility. In the mounting member 5, a supporting part 5a for supporting the holder 4 is formed as a through hole, and the sensor main body 3 is fitted and mounted to the supporting part 5a via the holder 4. In addition, recessed grooves 5f are formed in a vertical direction in the back surface between the supporting part 5a and mounting pieces 5b and 5c, and both vertical ends of the recessed grooves 5f are in a thin-wall state and connected to an circumferential edge 5e. By this constitution, water is prevented from entering from the ends of the recessed grooves 5f without damaging appearance in the case that the mounting member 5 is fastened to a bumper.
