PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a valve main body of a motor operated valve by forming one valve as a slide valve opened to the side of the valve main body, and forming the other valve as a ball valve opened along the center of the valve main body. SOLUTION: First and second plungers 22, 32 are coaxially disposed along the center of a valve main body 11. A valve element 50 is fixed to an operating piece 23 which is extendedly arranged from the first plunger 22 to a center hole 13 of the valve main body 11, a flat surface 11 is brought into slide contact by the valve element 50 so as to open/close a valve hole 16, and thereby, a valve is functioned as a first valve 21. A second valve 31 is constituted of a ball valve 51 for opening/closing the valve hole while being brought into contact with or separated from the valve hole 14 disposed on the center of the valve main body 11. Since the first and second valves 21, 31 are driven by the first and second plungers 22, 32 which are disposed coaxially by first and second coils 25, 35 positioned coaxially, a space efficiency is improved, and miniaturization is achieved.
