PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate electric connection with a common electrode by providing a sideways elongating part in the vicinity of both ends of positive and negative electrodes used for connection with the outside, and exposing the elongating part on the surface at the time of lamination, in a laminated piezoelectric element in which electrodes are to be laminated and a plurality of driving columns are to be formed. SOLUTION: A laminated piezoelectric element 1 has a three layer structure comprising an N-part, a P-part, and a Q-part, with internal electrodes 4, 5 provided in the inside by a cutting work, or the like as well as a plurality of driving columns 2 for jetting ink formed. Since a processing groove between the driving columns 2 is formed deeper than the P part, each driving column 2 is provided separately. Moreover, the laminated piezoelectric element 1 has a conductive paste baked in contact with the internal electrode 5 and the internal electrodes 4, 5 in a range B of all the driving columns 2 baked so as to provide a negative electrode, and a conductive paste in contact with the internal electrode 4 of each driving column 2 so as to form an individual electrode 7 as a positive electrode. Furthermore, a common electrode 6, which is provided as a negative electrode 6, is connected with the internal electrode in the range B.
