<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a wiring board adaptable to a circuit change at low cost by providing the steps of winding electric wires on an insulation board in first and second directions, cutting the wires in desired positions, connecting the wires in desired crossing positions, and attaching connecting terminals. SOLUTION: An insulation board 1 is formed in rectangular and a large number of storing grooves 1a for the electric wires 2 are formed with given pitches in the edges of three sides. In manufacturing a wiring board 5, the wires 2 are wound in the direction of the width of the insulation board 1 by utilizing the storing grooves 1a in the long sides. Then, the wires 2 are wound in the longitudinal direction of the board 1 that intersects the wires 2 wound in the direction of the width at right angles. After the wires 2 wound by rotating the board 1 are cut in proper positions so as to form a desired circuit, jointing pressure connecting terminals 3 are assembled in desired positions where the wires 3 are crossing. Then, male pressure connecting terminals 4 are assembled into terminal grooves. In this way, it is possible to make the wiring board adaptable to circuit changes at low cost.</p> |
