NECK FLANGE MEMBER AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain leakage caused by damage and deformation. SOLUTION: This member is provided with a hub 6 with a base end part welded to a structure 1, a flange supporting seat 7 surrounding a tip of the hub 6 circumferential-directionally and a flange 8 closely contacting with the other side end face of the hub 6 in the supporting seat 7 and tightened by a bolt to other member. The hub 6 and the supporting seat 7 are integrally formed of an aluminium alloy to secure weldability to the structure 1 made of an aluminium alloy, and the flange 8 is formed of a stainless steel 10 to prevent damage and deformation of the flange 8.
