<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save man power, and to shorten a term of work, in a reclaiming method for laying replacingly an old pipe conduit constructed by a shielding method such as an old sewerage pipe into a pipe conduit of large size reclamation-constructed by a shielding method using a reclaiming shield device by a non-excavation means. SOLUTION: This shielding device A1 presses a skin plate 3 to an arrival vertical shaft H2 side by an advancing jack 2 while receiving reaction from a back-filling part K formed by filling a filler F into a rear cavity part E in an advancing vertical shaft H1, and bores by a rotary cutter 4 an outer peripheral ground G of a pipe conduit B constructed by a shielding method. A drilled sediment J therein is introduced into a hydraulic chamber 6 formed between the rotary cutter 4 and an inner pipe 5 to make it into muddy water by pressurized water W, so as to be discharged from a sludge withdrawal pipe 6b. A secondary lining b2 is removed by a crushing part 8b of an errector 8 as to a segment (b) for one ring in a condition where a segment is prevented from intruding by a segment seal 5c so as to remove a joint bolt 3, the segment (b) is demolished to be removed by a grip part 8a, and a pipe conduit L reclamation-constructed by a shielding method is laid in the back-filling part K.</p> |
