PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and device for guaranteeing the quality of service to respective users in an asynchronous radio communication system for transmitting a radio data packet on a down link. SOLUTION: This method for dynamically assigning channels in an asynchronous mobile communication system for transmitting a data packet to a mobile station from a base station trough a (DSCH) transmission channel sharing down link comprises a first step (S22) for measuring the traffic volume of the data packet transmitted to the respective mobile stations in the (DSCH) transmission channel sharing down link, second steps (S23) and (S25) for judging whether the traffic volume of the data packet transmitted to the respective mobile stations is larger than a reference value or not and third steps (S24), (S26) and (S27) for assigning the private (DCH) transmission channel transmitted to a part of data transmitted to the prescribed mobile station when the traffic volume of the data packet transmitted to the prescribed mobile station is larger than the reference value.
