PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a peripheral wall part of a mold by filling in a narrow clearance part between a mold main body and a mold frame with uniformly compacting green sand. SOLUTION: An air vent 14 is arranged to an outer mold surface plate 11 so as to communicate to a narrow and deep clearance part A between a mold main body 12 and a mold frame 13, the inside of the mold main body 12 is formed to a cavity, an additional air vent 16 to communicate to the outside is arranged to the peripheral wall part 12a of the mold main body 12.
