PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a strand stable in quality and reproducible to a specified bending shape. SOLUTION: An inner forming die 3 is fixed on a base 2. A groove, a clearance groove, and a forming surface are provided in the inner forming die 3. Slide units 11, 17 and 25 are slidably provided on a rail 10 fixed on the base 2. An outer forming die 7 is fixed to the slide unit 11 via a die moving base 12. A forming surface and a forming groove are provided on the outer forming die 7. A strand support plate 15 is provided on the slide unit 17 via the support plate moving base 16. An air chuck 23 is provided on the slide unit 25 via a chuck moving base 24.
